Summary
The GCC Navigator project aimed to improve strategic decision-making for Global Capability Center practitioners through guided AI interactions. By integrating conversational AI into enterprise workflows, the platform helps users navigate complex GCC strategies with data-driven recommendations and intuitive dialogue-based interfaces. This project deepened my expertise in designing for AI-driven enterprise applications.
Project Scope
The broader initiative consisted of two workstreams:
1. GCC Navigator
2. GCC Elevator X
My involvement was focused exclusively on GCC Navigator.
GCC Navigator
- Enable guided AI interactions through predefined prompts
- Interpret user intent and convert it into structured business inputs
- Leverage existing platform data and business logic
- Dynamically update recommendations and outputs within the UI
- Improve decision-making speed and accuracy
- Enhance user understanding of strategic options
My Role
UX Designer
I was responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into user-centered experiences, and designing AI-assisted workflows.
